Our mission is to leverage our expertise, knowledge and experience in accounting principles, accounting and bookkeeping software, tax laws and tax software to provide small businesses with relevant, accurate and timely information enabling you to make informed decisions leading to greater profitability.
I graduated from Cornell University's world renowned School of Hotel Administration in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science degree and began working in a Washington, DC CPA firm (Salter & Company) in 1979. I passed the CPA exam in 1981 and have been working with small businesses in the Washington, DC metropolitan area ever since.
Not only am I familiar with various small business accounting software applications such as Peachtree and Juris but am a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Please visit my Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor profile on Intuit's website to read more about my various certifications.
Our primary goal as a trusted adviser is to be available to provide insightful advice to enable our clients to make informed financial decisions. We do not accept anything less from ourselves and this is what we deliver to you. I will work with you and your staff personally - you will never be passed off to a junior accountant who is still wet behind the ears.
Our high standards, service and expertise spell the difference between our outstanding performance, and other firms. We make sure that every small business client feels like they are our only client.
When I'm not helping small businesses increase their profitability you will likely find me at Hobbits Glen Golf Course or at the driving range. I got the golf bug about 20 years ago and love everything about the game. Among my other hobbies and interests are fantasy sports leagues (baseball, football and basketball), blogging and hanging with family and friends.
We will answer all of your questions, as they impact both your tax and financial situations. We welcome you to contact us anytime.
